Yanchang Liang is an Early Stage Researcher within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie ITN project “WinGrid”, who is under the supervision of Prof. Xiaowei Zhao in the school of Engineering at the University of Warwick.

He is currently working on modelling and control of wind farm and its grid integration based on machine learning and intelligent control technologies. Before that, he received the M.S. and B.S. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering at North China Electric Power University in 2021 and 2018 respectively. He has previously worked on control, optimization, reinforcement learning, with applications to power markets and electric transportation systems.
